The Spiral Shell Underground is a network of branching subaqueous caverns containing untold mysteries. The air inside the Underground is breathable and carries a heavy tinge of salt. As you explore the winding caverns, you may come across large atriums that connect to other smaller caves. The contents of these subnetworks all somehow relate together, and can most easily be accessed through the circular pathways to the left. These passageways may also be located above you, depending on how you entered the Underground.
One of the blue shells scattered around you suddenly stirs, and a pair of small legs pop out of the bottom. The creature climbs to its feet and looks at you, sets of eyes peering out at you from holes dotting the shell's surface. With its diminutive stature and innocent gaze, the creature gives off an endearing presence. Making eye contact, it hops up and down twice before setting off down one of the tunnels. If you wish to catch up with it, you might be able to find it by taking the passageway labeled "Misc".
